Privacy Policy
How LeDuo handles contact inquiries, anonymous website analytics, browser storage, and external service links.
This policy reflects the current functions of the LeDuo corporate website and is written to distinguish contact information from anonymous website analytics.
1. Introduction
LeDuo Creative Co., Ltd. ("LeDuo") respects the privacy of website visitors and business contacts. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse our corporate website, explore product demonstrations, submit an inquiry, or interact with our first-party analytics features.
This website is intended primarily for business and professional users. It is not designed to actively collect personal information from children.

4. Website Analytics & Technical Data
This website uses a first-party analytics system to record anonymous usage events. Data may include page paths, anonymous visitor and session identifiers, event type, CTA or demo clicks, product keys, timestamps, referrer information, and browser user-agent information. We use this data to understand overall website and feature usage.
Analytics events do not contain contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, LINE IDs, or full inquiry messages. They also do not record passwords, tokens, or raw cookie contents. We currently do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or advertising trackers.
5. Cookies & Sessions
For general visitors, the anonymous visitor identifier, analytics session, and analytics preference are stored in browser localStorage. The analytics session is refreshed after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity. These identifiers are not intended to identify a visitor by real name.
The administration area uses a necessary security session cookie to maintain authenticated administrator access. It supports authentication and security controls and is not used for advertising.
6. Third-Party Services & External Links
This website may link to independently operated product demos, email services, or LINE. Once you leave this website or use another service, that service may process information under its own policies and technical practices.
LeDuo records only an anonymous click event when a visitor follows a demo or external link from the corporate website. Contact-form content is not sent to the demo application as part of that event.
7. Data Retention & Security
Contact inquiries and website analytics are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill their collection purposes and are managed according to operational, legal, and security needs.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including server-side validation, access controls, and protected administration interfaces. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Rights
You may contact LeDuo to ask about, correct, update, or request deletion of contact information you previously provided, or to ask how it is being used. We will address requests based on information that can reasonably be identified, current system capabilities, and applicable requirements.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy when our website features, systems, operations, or applicable requirements change. The latest policy will be published on this page.
10. Contact Us
